I am a passionate educator, entrepreneur, and social worker with a mission to empower communities through education and skill development. A B.Tech graduate from Cochin University of Science & Technology, my journey has been defined by diverse roles in the corporate, educational,

and social sectors.I began my professional journey as a partner at Atheena Computers,Triprayar, and went on to work with renowned industry leaders like the TATA Group and the Aditya Birla Group. These experiences laid a strong foundation for my future endeavors in education and community welfare. Driven by the vision to uplift women and promote skill-based education, I founded SWEET (Sandras Women Empowerment & Educational Trust). Over the years, SWEET has successfully trained more than 7,500 women and girls in various vocational courses including stitching, beautician training, computer education, and crafts. My contributions to youth and women empowerment were recognized with the Young Entrepreneur Award from JCI. Expanding my mission, I established Sandras Tuitions, offering online and offline academic support to students across various subjects. During the COVID-19 pandemic, my educational initiatives received appreciation from P. Vijayan IPS, underlining my commitment to uninterrupted learning during challenging times. I actively collaborate with Kerala Police's initiative HOPE (Helping Others to Promote Education) and currently serve as the administrator of PAKAL VEEDU, a day-care centre for senior citizens run by the Sreeramachandra Trust, Kazhimbram. At Pakal Veedu, we not only provide holistic care but also promote the hidden talents of our elders—many of whom are now part of a vibrant dance team with members aged over 65.

In 2024-25, I served as the PTA Vice President at VPM SNDP HSS, Kazhimbram, and I am a core member of the Manappuram Beach Festival committee, with a primary focus on organizing medical camps as part of our charitable outreach. Through collective efforts with friends and supporters, I’ve been able to contribute over ₹20 lakhs to various

charity projects. Currently, my focus is on career counselling, helping individuals discover their true potential through VAK analysis, behavioural assessments, and competency mapping. I am a NSDC-certified career counsellor and an active member of the Career Counsellor Club, India’s largest network of career professionals. I have also recently started initiatives aimed at supporting and uplifting children with autism, extending my vision of inclusive education and support to every corner of the community. Happily married to Mrs. Renuka R in 2007, I am the proud father of 2 sons, Chirath and Chethan.
